Suara-libra.com – Tanggamus, Seorang pelaku pencurian dengan kekerasan (Curas) perampasan handphone ditangkap Polsek Talang Padang, Polres Tanggamus yang dibantu warga usai melakukan aksinya di Pekon Penanggungan Kecamatan Gunung Alip Kabupaten Tanggamus.
Kapolsek Talang Padang AKP Sarwani, SE. MM mengungkapkan pelaku berinisial FR (18) warga Pekon Suka Damai, Kecamatan Gunung Alip. Ia ditangkap setelah merampas ponsel yang sedang dimainkan AH (12) warga Pekon Ciherang Kecamatan Gunung Alip Kabupaten Tanggamus.
“Pelapor dalam kasus ini Sapturi (42) yang melaporkan kasus pencurian dengan kekerasan ini,” kata AKP Sarwani mewakili Kapolres Tanggamus AKBP Oni Prasetya, SIK., Jumat (23/7/21).Kapolsek menjelaskan, perampasan itu terjadi saat korban sedang bermain ponsel bersama rekannya di pinggir jalan tiba-tiba datang dua pelaku menggunakan sepeda motor Honda Beat warna hitam.
Kemudian para pelaku berhenti di depan korban dan langsung merampas ponsel merek Evercross yang sedang dimainkan.”Kejadian tersebut pada Rabu, 21 Juli 2021 sekira pukul 21.00 WIB di Pekon Penanggungan, Gunung Alip. Usai berhasil merampas ponsel para pelaku kabur ke arah Pekon Way Halom,” jelasnya.
Sambungnya, usai dirampas, korban berteriak maling-maling hingga didengar oleh warga yakni Ayub. Selanjutnya dia bersama warga lain, Ridwan mengejar pelaku. “Salah satu pelaku yakni FR berhasil diamankan di Pekon Way Halom, Gunung Alip selang 10 menit melakukan jambret. Sedangkan rekan pelaku berinisial AG berhasil melarikan diri,” ujarnya.
AKP Sarwani menambahkan, setelah pelaku berhasil diamankan, kemudian dibawa ke Polsek Talang Padang berikut barang bukti ponsel merek Evercross dan sepeda motor Honda beat warna hitam. Selain mengamankan FR, saat ini pihaknya juga masih masih memburu pelaku lainnya berinisial AG dan sudah memasukan dalam daftar pencarian orang (DPO).
“Atas perbuatannya, FR diancam pasal 365 KUHPidana dengan ancaman maksimal sembilan tahun penjara,” tandasnya. Sementara itu, menurut FR sebelum merampas hp korban, AG selaku rekannya yang membawa sepeda motor memberitahukan ada anak-anak bermain hp saat melintas di Pekon Penanggungan.
“Temen saya bilang ada anak main hp. Kamu yang ambil, saya yang bawa motor,” kata FR di Mapolsek Talang Padang, Ia menjelaskan, bahwa ia melakukan perampasan saat motor yang dikemudikan temannya berhenti tepat di depan korban, kemudian kabur dari lokasi.
“Saya rampas, terus kami kabur. Ada yang ngejer trus ketangkep di Pekon Way Halom.Waktu itu hp di tangan saya,” jelas pemuda pengangguran itu.FR mengaku, usai melakukan pencurian tersebut, ia berencana akan menjualnya guna biaya nongkrong-nongkrong dan membeli rokok.
